Georgian Film Academy, Georgian Chamber of Culture and Imedi TV are organizing an online film festival “Diogenes 2020”.

The Competent Jury will select the films and place them on the festival’s official YOUTUBE channel (“Stay Home and Make a Movie at Home” ).

To participate in the Internet Festival – “Diogene 2020”, please fill out the application form and submit it by May 15.

The best films will be selected by a competent jury and there will also be an Audience Choice Award.

The Participants will be divided into age groups:

Group I – 8-11 years.

Group II – 12-14 years.

Group III – 15-18 years.

Group IV – 19 and above.

The winners will be revealed according to these groups.

Films must be shot with any digital device.

The winning films will be named according to the genres – feature, documentary, music,  art, animation, experimental.

Winners will be awarded with the diplomas and various prizes.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The duration of the film should be from 0.30 seconds to 10.00 minutes.
2. The submitted films must be accompanied by information about the creator (s). (Surname, Name, contact information and 2 photos from the film).
3. The topic is optional (there should be no violence, no terrorism, no separatism, no religious and ethnic intolerance).
4. One author can submit no more than two films.
5. All genres are acceptable except, boring.
6. The image must be visible, and the sound must be heard.
7. The film must have been made in 2020 and must not be previously published on the Internet or television.
8. English subtitles must be attached to the films.
